Terms of Use — Souq Sort

These terms are an agreement between you and JoSequal Technology ("we") about Souq Sort (دكان جدّي). By playing, or by adding a nickname or a group name, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the game.

Who can play

The game is for players aged 13 and over.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable right to play the game on your own devices. The game, its art, music and text belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reverse-engineer it.

No tolerance for abuse

Nicknames and group names are visible to other players. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use a name, or otherwise use the game, to:

• insult, harass, threaten or hate anyone, including for their religion, race, nationality or gender;
• post sexual, violent or otherwise offensive content;
• impersonate a person, a company or our staff;
• advertise, or share links, phone numbers or other contact details.

We filter names, and you can report a name or block a player from the league screen. We review reports within 24 hours. We may remove any name or group, and suspend or ban a player from the league, with or without notice.

Fair play

You must not cheat, use scripts or modified versions of the game, or interfere with the league or our servers. We may remove points gained this way and ban the player.

Coins, decorations and the league

Coins, stars, decorations and league positions are part of the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged or sold, and are not refundable. Scores can change if we correct a mistake or remove cheating.

Ads

The game is free and may show ads, including ads you choose to watch for a reward. Rewards depend on an ad being available.

Changes and availability

We may update or change the game, and may stop offering it. Some features need an internet connection. We do not promise that the game will always be available or free of errors.

No warranty and limit of liability

The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

App stores

If you got the game from the App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the game or its support, has no obligation to provide maintenance, and is not liable for any claim about it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard licence for apps also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google's terms apply as well.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you a right that cannot be waived.
